On 26/01/22, the CeOS_SE project began with its first meeting to officially kick off the project.
This meeting gave each partner the opportunity to meet, introduce their teams, and discuss their aims and hopes for the project. The timeline of the project was outlined, with each partner presenting their plans for the coming three years.
Following this, project coordinator, LIBER, presented CeOS_SE, its concept and aims, as well as the project’s timeframe and core outputs. This will ensure the project’s core objective is met: raise awareness and mainstream Open Science and Citizen Science in Southeastern Europe.
Despite the virtual setting, the kick-off meeting allowed all project partners to get to know each other and begin planning the upcoming work. The day-long meeting closed with an upbeat tone, each partner excited about what the consortium can achieve across the next 3 years. Now the real work starts!
